Had my case replaced and it is imperceptible to the original and for less than the cost of our phone insurance deductible. Nice dude behind the counter although he didn’t laugh when I told him not to look at my private internet tabs but for this price, I’ll forgive him. Will use again

If you need your phone repaired, a screen replaced, or a new battery this is the right place for you. My family and I have been coming here for years and I have never once been disappointed. Typically I will drop my phone off when they open and by the time my lunch break comes around the phone is as good as new. They have earned my business, and I will be going to yakety Yak anytime in the future for repairs!

I contacted this store and spoke with Daniel about my phone not charging when I plugged it in. I suspected it was the charging port, so Daniel ordered me one. Today, he called and said the part was in. When I took my phone in, Daniel took it back for an inspection. 3 minutes later, he returned the phone to me, and it could once again be charged. All he did was clean up the port! He stated that he would just return the part with no issues. My cost was just $10. This is the kind of honesty and integrity that will always have me using this store for any future phone issues. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would certainly do so!

Quick, efficient, quality service, close by to Grapevine, Colleyville and Mid Cities. Would recommend and go again. Went for cracked screen and spent $190, instead of $1,200 for a new iPhone, which I do not need. My XS iPhone does everything I need.

I've taken a phone here twice for repairs and then went in today with a software issue with another phone. They do great work and are super easy to work with.
